No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of replacement roofing at an existing house, including a flat roof membrane at the main roof and slates at an existing mansard roof and dormer, as well as the replacement of an existing built-in gutter, as shown in materials received and dated 2 April 2021 and supplemental materials received and dated 13 April 2021, PROVIDED that the replacement slate roof match the existing slate roof and pending the receipt of supplemental materials. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
