No objection to the issuance of a permit for modifications to the rear yard of an existing house, including the reconstruction of an existing stone retaining wall and an existing areaway, and the installation of replacement sand-bed stone paving, a replacement deck, stairs, and railings, and replacement doors, as shown in materials received and dated 4 June 2021 and supplemental materials received and dated 15 June 2021. All work to follow the tree protection measures documented in the submission. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
