No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of a 9'-2" tall replica maquette of the Statue of Liberty in the front yard of an existing diplomatic residence, including the installation of a plinth and footing for the statue, as well as new paths, hedges, and curbing, as shown in materials received and dated 4 June 2021, pending the receipt of supplemental materials. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
