No objection to the concept for modifications to the rear yard of an existing house, including a new brick wall and wood gate to replace an existing wood fence and gates; new flagstone paving to replace existing brick; a new concrete ramp to replace existing brick steps; and new planting beds, as shown in materials received and dated 4 June 2021, pending the receipt of supplemental materials. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office. Note: This is a concept approval only. When ready, submit the permit drawings and a permit application to DCRA for review by the Commission.
