No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of three replacement panel antennas and nine replacement remote radio heads at three existing sectors, two new panel antennas and eight new remote radio heads at a new sector, and associated equipment for AT&T at an existing cellular facility at the penthouse of an existing building, as shown in materials received and dated 3 September 2021, PROVIDED that the tops of the antennas be mounted no higher than coping of the penthouse wall to which they are mounted, and PROVIDED that all antennas, equipment, and support structures be painted to match the penthouse behind. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
