No objection to the issuance of a permit for modifications to an existing house, including the installation of replacement windows, doors, railings, gutters and downspouts, soffits, and a replacement garage door, as well as the construction of a replacement rear deck and stairs, as shown in materials received and dated 8 October 2021 and supplemental materials received and dated 27 October 2021 and 22 November 2021. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
