No objection to the issuance of a permit for masonry repairs to an existing building, including the repair, replacement, and rebuilding of portions of the brick and cast stone bays, as shown in materials received and dated 7 January 2022 and supplemental materials received and dated 13 January 2022, 19 January 2022, and 3 February 2022, PROVIDED that the existing brick be documented photographically prior to removal to allow the projecting bricks to be reinstalled in the same locations, and PROVIDED that if the salvaged brick is not sufficient for the reinstallation work, any replacement brick selections be forwarded for CFA comment prior to installation. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
