No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of aluminum-clad replacement windows in an existing house, as shown in materials received and dated 4 March 2022 and supplemental materials received and dated 8 June 2022, 8 August 2022, 19 August 2022, 26 September 2022, and 4 October 2022, PROVIDED that the transom muntins align with the window muntins below, PROVIDED that if replacement windows are to be installed in the dormers in the west-facing roof, these follow the approach proposed for the other replacement windows and match the existing windows as closely as possible, and PROVIDED that a permit submission be forwarded for CFA review for the repair and replacement of missing and damaged limestone sills and half-timbered cladding PRIOR to the installation of the windows. In addition, please forward a permit submission for CFA review for all other construction work anticipated for this project, including the replacement of the garage roof and door, the installation of exterior lighting, site and masonry repairs, and any other anticipated work. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
