No objection to the concept for a rear addition to an existing house, for replacement windows in the existing house, and for a new patio in the rear yard, as shown in materials received and dated 8 July 2022, PROVIDED that the replacement windows match the original windows in material, operation, configuration, and profile, PROVIDED that the applicant consult with CFA staff prior to applying for permit, and pending the receipt of supplemental materials. Note: This is a concept approval only. When ready, submit the permit drawings and a permit application to DCRA for review by the Commission.
