No objection to the issuance of a permit for modifications to the site of an existing school campus in order to create an outdoor play and learning area and to enhance the ecological systems surrounding a small stream, including the partial regrading of the area, the installation of new pathways, platforms, seat walls, and a pedestrian bridge, and the planting of trees, shrubs, and other plants, as shown in materials received and dated 8 July 2022 and supplemental materials received and dated 27 September 2022. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
