No objection to the concept for rooftop additions to an existing building, new retail entrances on 2nd Street, NW, and modifications to the existing plaza at the corner of Constitution and Louisiana Avenues and 2nd Street, NW, as shown in materials received and dated 8 July 2022, PROVIDED that the proposed decorative uplighting for the projecting architectural embellishment at the addition be eliminated, and pending the receipt of supplemental materials. Refer to the Architect of the Capitol. Refer to the DC Public Space Committee. Note: This is a concept approval only. When ready, submit the permit drawings and a permit application to DCRA for review by the Commission.
