No objection to the issuance of a permit for the repair and replacement of existing stucco on the north facade of an existing rear wing of Decatur House, including the installation of scaffolding in public space, as shown in materials received and dated 14 July 2022. Previously proposed alternates for custom-printed construction scaffold scrim and replacement exterior steps have been removed from the scope of work. Refer to DC Public Space Committee. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
