No objection to the issuance of a permit for modifications to an existing roof terrace, including the installation of one 10' x 10' x 8'-10" metal pergola, one 26'-10" x 10' x 8'-10" metal pergola, planters with low plantings, and furnishings, as shown in materials received and dated 4 November 2022. Submission is substantially similar to previously approved concept. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
