No objection to the issuance of a permit for the renovation of an existing house, including the modification of door and window openings, the installation of replacement windows and doors, the construction of a new metal landing and steps to the rear yard, and the installation of replacement tile and a replacement transom window at the front entrance, as shown in materials received and dated 6 January 2023 and supplemental materials received and dated 8 February 2023, 17 February 2023, and 22 February 2023, PROVIDED that the applicant forward survey information for the existing historic windows to remain and PROVIDED that the head, jamb, sill, and transom bar details of the proposed replacement windows match the details of the existing historic windows to remain. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
