No objection to the issuance of a permit for the replacement of an existing exterior foundation wall, as shown in materials received and dated 3 March 2023 and supplemental materials received and dated 24 March 2023, PROVIDED that stucco be applied to the above-grade exterior face of the wall, PROVIDED that if the brick paving in the adjacent alley is disturbed during construction, it be replaced exactly in kind under a public space permit. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
