No objection to the issuance of a permit for modifications to the rear of an existing house, including the installation of aluminum-clad replacement windows and doors, a new canopy at the rear door, two new sliding doors in enlarged openings, a new wood deck with glass railings, and two skylights and a relocated mechanical unit on the roof, as shown in materials received and dated 3 March 2023. Submission largely conforms with previously approved concept. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
