In its public meeting of 20 April conducted by videoconference, the Commission of Fine Arts approved, based on its prior review of the submission materials, the final design for the renovation of and alterations to the American Institute of Architects national headquarters and site at 1735 New York Avenue, NW (case number 23-086). The Commission looks forward to the revitalization of this important building and landscape. Please coordinate the submission of final documentation for the conclusion of the permit review process with the staff which, as always, is available to assist you.
