No objection to the issuance of a permit for modifications to an existing office building, including the installation of replacement windows, doors, glazed storefront, curtainwall, and lighting and the construction of an unenclosed steel exit stair on the rear of the building, as shown in materials received and dated 5 May 2023 and supplemental materials received and dated 2 June 2023, pending the receipt of supplemental materials. Signs are not included in this review; forward a separate new submission for signs that comply with the regulations for the Shipstead-Luce Act area when ready. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
