No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of one new building identification sign on the transom window above the main entrance door and one new plaque to be placed on the wall, as shown in materials received and dated 2 June 2023 and supplemental materials received and dated 8 June 2023, PROVIDED that the plaque anchors be located in existing holes and stone joints where possible, and pending the receipt of supplemental materials. Recommend applying a film on the back of the existing exit sign inside the transom window to improve the visibility of the transom sign. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
