No objection to the issuance of a permit for a shed in the rear yard of an existing house, as shown in materials received and dated 7 July 2023 and supplemental materials received and dated 11 July 2023. Staff notes with regret that the existing shed was installed without CFA review and without a permit, but that DC DOB reviewers have indicated no objection to the shed location. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
