No objection to the issuance of a permit for the construction of a rear addition to an existing house and a new deck, stairs, and patio in the rear yard, as shown in materials received and dated 7 July 2023, pending the receipt of supplemental materials. Submission conforms with previously approved concept. Staff notes with regret that an unsightly carport structure was constructed on the north side of house by a previous owner without CFA review and apparently without a permit; staff recommends that this be removed as part of this or a future project. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
