No objection to the issuance of a permit for modifications to an existing house, including the installation of a new wood egress window in the front basement areaway, three wood replacement windows in the rear facade, replacement mechanical units on the roof, new vents at the rear facade, and new electrical equipment to be mounted to a low wall in public space in the front yard, as well as the removal of a bay window on the rear facade and its replacement by a sliding patio door, as shown in materials received and dated 8 September 2023 and supplemental materials received and dated 18 September and 4 October 2023, PROVIDED that the meter, mounting hardware, and conduit be painted to match the wall behind.
