No objection to the issuance of a permit for stone wall repairs and the installation of replacement brick paving partially in public space, as shown in materials received and dated 6 October 2023, PROVIDED that the new mortar for the existing stone wall match the existing stone wall mortar and pending the receipt of supplemental materials. Refer to DC Public Space Committee for all work beyond the building restriction line. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
