No objection to the issuance of a permit for the modification and expansion of a sidewalk seating area at an existing office building for Immigrant Food, as shown in materials received and dated 3 November 2023 and supplemental materials received and dated 14 November 2023, PROVIDED that the sidewalk seating area be extended evenly across the whole width, pending consultation with staff on the expansion plan, and pending the receipt of supplemental materials. Refer to DC Public Space Committee. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
