No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of a six-foot-tall privacy fence at the rear yard of an existing house, as shown in materials received and dated 5 January 2024 and supplemental materials received and dated 17 January 2024, PROVIDED that fence posts within the drip lines of trees be located to avoid all tree roots with a diameter greater than two inches and that all excavation be done according to the arborist recommendations dated 13 December 2023, whether the trees are on the subject property or on an adjacent property.
