No objection to the issuance of a permit for masonry repairs at the balcony of an existing corner apartment unit, including rebuilding sections of the masonry walls and replacing drainage scupper, as shown in materials received and dated 5 April 2024, PROVIDED that the brick coursing be replicated and the new brick be mixed with salvaged brick in more visible areas such as the exterior masonry face to match the color variation of the existing balcony, and pending the receipt of supplemental materials. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
