No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of a new bronze wall plaque at the entrance of an existing building for the National Endowment for Democracy, as shown in materials received and dated 7 June 2024, PROVIDED that all attachments be made into existing mortar joints or existing holes from previous sign attachments rather than into new holes in the limestone, and pending the receipt of supplemental materials. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
