Recommendation
No objection to the issuance of a permit for the replacement roof on the northwest portion of an existing ambassadorial residence, including the replacement of existing architectural asphalt shingles with natural slate and in-kind natural slate replacement at the sloped portions of the roof, and the replacement of membrane roof with flat seam copper roof at the flat portions of the roof, as shown in materials received and dated 6 September 2024, PROVIDED that the replacement slate roof match the existing slate roof in shape, size, coursing, and lap exposure, and pending the receipt of supplemental materials. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
