No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of a non-illuminated tenant sign for the Embassy of Ireland at the Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, entrance of an existing office building, as shown in materials received and dated 7 February 2025, PROVIDED that the sign location does not conflict with the location of previously approved tenant signs. Previously approved tenant sign for the White House Historical Association at the same location will no longer be installed at the direction of the building owner. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
