No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of a new sidewalk seating area in public space and one seven-square-foot non-illuminated sign above a previously approved awning at an existing building for Fresh Baguette, as shown in materials received and dated 4 April 2025 and supplemental materials received and dated 16 April 2025. Previously proposed sign above the secondary entrance, two projecting blade signs, two door vinyl signs, and signs associated with umbrellas and partition panels have been removed from the project scope. Refer to DC Public Space Committee. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
