No objection to the issuance of a permit for the renovation of and additions to an existing house, including a guest bedroom addition at the third floor and the addition of a sun room and a front porch on the first floor; a new sub-cellar level; modifications to the roof profile, pool, and terrace; replacement of exterior cladding from stucco to limestone; replacement windows and doors; installation of green roofs, skylights, exterior lighting, a front yard fence with pedestrian and vehicular gates; and landscape improvements, as shown in materials received and dated 4 April 2025 and supplemental materials received and dated 16 April 2025. Rooftop solar panels shown in the submitted documents are placeholders only and are not included in this review; forward a new permit submission for solar panels when ready.
