No objection to the issuance of a permit for the relocation of three existing antennas and the installation of six replacement panel antennas, 12 replacement remote radio heads, and associated equipment for AT&T on the roof of an existing office building, as shown in materials received and dated 6 June 2025 and supplemental materials received and dated 13 March 2026, PROVIDED that the antennas and mounting pipes do not project above the penthouse walls to which they are attached, PROVIDED that the antennas and support structures to be mounted to the penthouse wall be painted to match the wall behind, and PROVIDED that all unused or obsolete telecommunications equipment be removed. The previously proposed new antenna sled for Gamma sector in the middle of the Watergate Hotel's rooftop terrace has been removed from the project scope, and Gamma sector has been relocated to the western penthouse wall of the office building. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
