No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of a new egress door on the west facade of an existing building facing a courtyard for a new conference center, as shown in materials received and dated 7 July 2025 and supplemental materials received and dated 15 July 2025. Previously proposed face-lit sign with translucent faces above the entry door and a vinyl door graphic for Peruvian Brothers on the east facade have been removed from the project scope. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
