No objection to the issuance of a permit for the construction of a nine-story residential building, as shown in materials received and dated 14 November 2025, PROVIDED that the windows on the east elevation be retained. Submission essentially conforms with the previously approved concept design. Staff notes that the permit was issued prior to CFA review due to the federal government lapse in appropriations. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
