No objection to the issuance of a revised permit for modifications and additions to an existing house, as shown in materials received and dated 14 November 2025. Revisions include the addition of nine low profile Solatube skylights and the relocation of two existing Solatube skylights. Submission largely conforms with previously approved permit submission. Staff notes that the permit was issued prior to CFA review due to the federal government lapse in appropriations. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
