No objection the concept for a two-story addition to an existing house, as shown in materials received and dated 6 March 2026 and supplemental materials received and dated 2 and 13 October 2026, PROVIDED that all tree roots with a diameter greater than two inches be avoided, whether the trees are on the subject property or on an adjacent property. When ready, submit the permit drawings and a permit application to DOB for review by the Commission.
