No objection to the issuance of a permit for modifications to the pool terrace and landscape at an existing diplomatic residence, including installation of replacement stone paving along a service path, expansion of the existing pool terrace into existing planting beds, removal of existing stairs, retaining wall repairs, and installation of new steps, a guardrail on top of the retaining wall, and a new outdoor sculpture, as shown in materials received and dated 6 April 2026, PROVIDED that all tree roots with a diameter greater than two inches be avoided, whether the trees are on the subject property or on an adjacent property, and pending the receipt of supplemental materials.
