No objection to the issuance of a permit for landscape modifications at the entrance drive and parking lot island of an existing school campus along 27th Street, NW, as shown in materials received and dated 8 May 2026, PROVIDED that all tree roots with a diameter greater than two inches be avoided, whether the trees are on the subject property or on an adjacent property, and pending the receipt of supplemental materials. Refer to DDOT Urban Forestry Division. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
