No objection to the issuance of a permit for the reconstruction of a historic brick site wall and the installation of a below-grade concrete retaining wall behind the historic brick wall along the New York Avenue, NW, frontage of an existing building, as shown in materials received and dated 6 July 2026 and supplemental materials received and dated 14 July 2026. Refer to the National Trust for Historic Preservation for historic easement. Refer to DDOT Urban Forestry Division. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
