No objection to the final plans for the installation of a clock with four faces in the existing circular openings in the clock tower of the Sidney Yates Building, as shown in materials received and dated 3 April 2014. The original plans for the building indicated that there was to be a clock in the tower but it was never installed, leaving the five–foot–diameter openings enclosed with glass.

No objection to the final design for the installation of a temporary outdoor food, beverage, and entertainment venue on the west lawn of the National Building Museum grounds, as shown in materials received and dated 31 March 2014, provided that the installation will be in place from approximately 1 May to 30 August 2014 and that the grounds will be restored when removed.

No objection to the concept design for the proposed building modifications that include a new main entrance on the south facade, a relocated east entrance, and a new drop–off area south of the building, on the east side of Dahlgren Park, as shown in materials received and dated 3 April 2014, provided the decorative metal accents on the free–standing entrance portals either be eliminated, or be simplified to more closely recall metal trusses found in many of the Navy Yard's historic buildings.
