No objection to the final design for the temporary installation of no more than 18 canvas canopies to cover the media stations in the northwest yard of the White House, as shown in materials received and dated 4 June 2014, provided the exteriors of the canopies are dark green in color. It is understood that these canopies will be in place for no more than three years, and that a design for a permanent covering is being developed and will be submitted in the near future.

No objection to the proposed final design for the installation of new modular building units and fencing in the northwest corner of the Pentagon's North Parking Lot to create a new impound lot that will replace the existing laydown area, as shown in materials received and dated 9 May 2014. The submission also includes: the installation of new vegetative screening adjacent to Jefferson Davis Highway (Rte. 110); the removal of the existing Impound Lot on the east side of the North Parking Lot; and the removal of a complex of temporary trailers located at 300 Boundary Channel Drive with that site restored to green space.

No objection to a modification to the landscape plan in the approved D.C. Courts Judiciary Square Master Plan (see CFA 21/FEB/08-1 and CFA 21/JUL/11-d), which would remove eight proposed new trees and six existing trees along the 4th Street alignment to open the vista corridor, as shown in materials received and dated 9 June 2014. Modification also conforms with previously approved plans for the expansion of the H. Carl Moultrie I Courthouse. (CFA 21/APR/11-3)

No objection to the final plans for the installation of a temporary public art work on the grounds of the East Campus of St. Elizabeths, titled "Here to Here" by artist Sheila Crider, as shown in materials received and dated 5 June 2014. The final plan conforms to the previous recommendations of the Commission. It is understood that the final plans for a second installation, titled "Wishing on Stars" as proposed in the concept review, will be submitted at a later date.

No objection to proposed installation of bicycle racks on six sites throughout the Old Georgetown Historic District, either in the street or on the sidewalk, as shown in supplemental drawings dated 11 June 2014, which indicate that the number of black accessory posts (flex–bollards) are reduced from six to three and that the individual racks will have five loops. Project reviewed by the Old Georgetown Board at its 5 June 2014 meeting.

No objection to concept design development for proposed renovation of Rose Park, located at the edge of the Old Georgetown historic district and adjacent to the Rock Creek park system, including re–surfacing courts, permeable walkways, playground equipment, relocation of stairs, new ADA ramp, and stone planters, as shown in supplemental drawings dated 11 June 2014, which indicate base of ramp flared along stone retaining wall. Submit construction drawings, including details and dimensions, cut–sheets, and developed landscape plan for review by the Old Georgetown Board. Project reviewed by the Old Georgetown Board at its 5 June 2014 and 7 November 2013 meetings.
