It is understood that this installation will be in place approximately two years for the duration of the project to renovate and expand Murch Elementary School, and that the modular structures will be removed and the sports field restored when the Murch Elementary School project is completed. No objection to the size and shape of the proposed sign for "California Tortilla," a retail tenant in the main headquarters building of the General Services Administration, as shown in materials received and dated 5 May 2016, PROVIDED that the sign is not an internally illuminated acrylic-faced box, but rather with backlit letters similar to the existing "Greenberry's" tenant sign, and PROVIDED that it conform with the sign requirements for the Shipstead-Luce Act area, and pending the receipt of revised drawings.
