No objection to concept design for rehabilitation of Montrose Park tennis courts, which includes removal of second unoriginal tennis court near the ropewalk and reorientation of the first court to the original east-west position, replacement of chain-link fence, installation of additional stone retaining walls and plantings at the R Street tennis courts, and installation of three underground bio-retention facilities, per drawings received 17 November 2017, PROVIDED the historic gas lamps are retained, new chain-link fence is painted a dark color, and only one tree is removed.
