Consent Calendar: CFA Meeting — 15 March 2018

No objection to the final design for the installation of a series of small ground-mounted field pole antennas to expand the Cemetery's existing wireless network bringing WiFi access to the main columbarium complex, Sections 54 to 63, and to Sections 72 to 75 of the Cemetery, as shown in materials received and dated 1 March 2018. This project will serve as the model for future expansions of the wireless network into other areas of the Cemetery.

No objection to the installation of a temporary gravel parking lot with lighting, located on a portion of Parcel E in the Southeast Federal Center (The Yards), as shown in materials received and dated 6 March 2018. It is understood that this parking lot will be in place until Parcel E is redeveloped in accordance with the approved Yards Master Plan. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office.

No objection to the final design for the renovation, modernization, and additions to Coolidge High School, as shown in materials received and dated 1 March 2018. The final design conforms to the approved revised concept design. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office.

No objection to the final design for a project to expand and modernize Kimball Elementary School, located at 3375 Minnesota Avenue, SE, as shown in materials received and dated 1 March 2018. The final design conforms to the approved concept design. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office.

No objection to the concept plans for the proposed construction of a 204 space interim surface parking lot on the existing parking lot to the south of the RISE Center on the St. Elizabeths East Campus to support the Entertainment and Sports Arena and Gateway Pavilion, as shown in materials received and dated 1 March 2018, provided this interim surface parking lot is removed when additional structured parking facilities are provided as the East Campus is developed.
