No objection to the concept design for the rehabilitation of the lighting system and the replacement of all the existing lighting fixtures, including those in the pool of water under each memorial bench, at the National 9/11 Pentagon Memorial, as shown in materials received and dated 3 October 2019. Recommend a demonstration mockup of each of the fixtures to be replaced. Please coordinate with the staff to review the mockups. Refer to the Virginia State Historic Preservation Office.

No objection to the final design for the reconstruction of the historic Ord and Weitzel Gate at the north entrance to Arlington National Cemetery located at the intersection of the Custis Walk and North Marshall Drive, as shown in materials received and dated 2 October 2019. Project includes the construction of a new visitor access control point (guard house), pedestrian plaza, and crosswalks. Refer to the Virginia State Historic Preservation Office.

No objection to the final plans for the proposed relocation of four existing AT&T wireless telecommunications antennas into a rooftop enclosure on the Liberty Loan Building, as shown in materials received and dated 3 October 2019. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office.
