Scope of work includes the removal of 15 antennas and the installation of 18 antennas at the penthouse, for a net increase of 3 antennas; 12 remote radio heads (RRH) would be removed and 6 RRHs would be installed at the penthouse, for a net decrease of 6 RRHs. New antennas would be painted to match the penthouse. In addition, the applicant notes it will notify T-Mobile that its existing rooftop antennas must be repainted to match the color of the penthouse. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office.
