Scope of work includes interlocking brick pavers at the pedestrian crosswalk, and new rose and grass plantings to match the existing landscape.

No objection to the final design for alterations to Trowbridge House for conversion from office to residential use, per materials received 2 March 2023. Final design is consistent with the approved concept. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office.
CFA 16/MAR/23-c
No objection to the final design for modifications to the existing Verizon cellular antenna array on the roof of the GSA headquarters building, per materials received 2 March 2023. Scope of work includes the removal of 15 antennas and the installation of 18 antennas at the penthouse, for a net increase of 3 antennas; 12 remote radio heads (RRH) would be removed and 6 RRHs would be installed at the penthouse, for a net decrease of 6 RRHs. New antennas would be painted to match the penthouse. In addition, the applicant notes it will notify T-Mobile that its existing rooftop antennas must be repainted to match the color of the penthouse. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office.

No objection to the final design to repair and replace substructure waterproofing material for deteriorated elements of the below grade parking garage for the Department of Energy, per materials received 1 March 2023.
CFA 16/MAR/23-e
No objection to the concept design for the replacement of the existing ground floor storefront system of the FDIC headquarters with a blast- and ballistic-resistant assembly, per supplemental materials received 7 March 2023. Materials indicate that the proposed design closely matches the existing system in material and profile, with bronze-tinted glazing, bronze trim, and projecting mullions. Please file detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission when ready.

No objection to the final design for storm water management improvements to replace an existing, cracked concrete ditch at the National Zoo bus parking lot, per materials recieved 1 March 2023.
CFA 16/MAR/23-g
No objection to the building signs for the WMATA Headquarters including a street number and a temporary vinyl sign for the District of Columbia Housing Authority which are consistent with the approved sign designs for the new headquarters building (see case number 17/JUN/21-e), per materials received 1 March 2023. This submission does not include the retail tenant signs, which will require a separate submission.

No objection to the final design for the replacement of windows and doors at David Elementary School, per materials received 2 March 2023. Materials indicate that the current aluminum-framed windows with Kalwall infill date from 2001 and will be replaced with new double-hung, counter-balanced windows with vision glass.
