No objection to the revised final design for the construction of a new golf facility, as part of the previously approved rehabilitation of the existing course, per materials received 3 May 2024, which indicate the reduced scope of the proposed new clubhouse and cart barn resulting from modifications to the building program. No objection to the construction of a temporary wooden dry dock and access ramp at Lock 4, located between 31st and Thomas Jefferson Streets, NW, per materials received 12 April 2024, PROVIDED the installation is removed after two years. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office.

No objection to the concept design for the installation of three new sector antennas and associated infrastructure for FirstNet, per materials received 5 May 2024, which indicate that the penthouse-mounted installation would be screened and painted to match the building facade.

No objection to the final design for modifications to the existing rooftop cellular antenna array for AT&T, per materials received 3 May 2024, which indicate that 4 existing antennas would be removed and 1 new antenna would be installed; 4 existing remote radio heads would be removed; and the new antenna and supporting equipment would be painted to match the building facade.

No objection to the final design for modifications to the existing rooftop cellular antenna array for Verizon, per materials received 3 May 2024, which indicate that 2 existing antennas would be removed and 1 new sphere antenna would be installed; 1 existing remote radio head would be removed and 7 new remote radio heads would be installed; and the new antenna and supporting equipment would be painted to match the building facade.

No objection to the final design for modifications to the existing rooftop cellular antenna array for Verizon, per materials received 3 May 2024, PROVIDED the new antennas are painted to match the building facade. Materials indicate that 1 existing antenna would be removed from north side of the penthouse (alpha sector) and 2 new sphere antennas would be installed, and 9 new remote radio heads would installed, resulting in a net increase of 1 antenna and 9 remote radio heads at this site.

No objection to the final design for building and landscape modifications for a new childhood development center (CDC) at Davis Elementary School, per materials received 3 May 2024, which illustrate minor facade alterations and a new playground required for CDC certification.

No objection to the final design for modifications to the tank top and piping of the existing underground fuel storage tank system, per materials received 3 May 2024. Refer to the National Park Service.
