The green-colored cement panels are preferred. Scope of work includes the following: removing existing faux rock from the site; recladding of the life support systems and Raven holding building; revitalizing the beaver and otter habitats, regrading the south pathway providing ADA accessibility, and installing new animal containment site walls.

Scope consists of a building-wide energy retrofit including the installation of a natural gas-fired hot water boiler plant, a gas meter, flues, and several grates. The project was revised to relocate the flue on the rear of the building. This project is one component of a larger initiative, the National Deep Energy Retrofit, which is an energy conservation program for federal buildings.
