No objection to the final designs for a new accessible comfort station, a below-grade mechanical systems structure, and the rehabilitation of the kitchen garden, as shown in materials received and dated 7 January 2010. No objection to the final design for the restoration of the decorative railings on the East Colonnade of the Main Treasury Building as shown in materials received and dated 10 December 2009. Refer to the D.C. Historic Preservation Review Board.

No objection to the concept design for new exterior signs for the U.S. Tax Court, as shown in materials received and dated 7 January 2010. Refer to the D.C. Historic Preservation Review Board.

No objection to the concept design for a new guard booth, as shown in Option 1, at northeast driveway entrance, and new vehicular access barriers, security cameras, and repaving of the east entrance plaza for the U.S. Tax Court, as shown in materials received and dated 7 January 2010. No objection to the concept design for five new guard booths, and new vehicular access barriers at the garage entrances to the Main Headquarters Building for the Department of the Interior, as shown in materials received and dated 7 January 2010. No objection to the final design for two new additions and the renovation and modernization of the historic Engine Company 29 Firehouse, as shown in materials received and dated 7 January 2010. Refer to the D.C. Historic Preservation Review Board.

No objection to the final design for a temporary facility to relocate the Anacostia Community Boathouse in conjunction with the 11th Street Bridge Project. This temporary facility includes two structured tents for boat storage, a restroom trailer, a changing facilities trailer, a gravel parking lot, fencing, three new floating docks, and landscaping, as shown in materials received and dated 7 January 2010. It is understood that this temporary facility will be in place for approximately three years until a new permanent boathouse can be reviewed, approved and constructed. No objection to the final designs for the first and second phases of the exterior rehabilitation of Eastern Senior High School building, including replacement doors and windows, and the installation of new accessibility ramps and equipment enclosures, as shown in materials received and dated 2 December 2009 and 8 January 2010. No objection to the final design for the installation of a temporary library facility for the Francis A. Gregory Public Library, as shown in materials received and dated 8 January 2010. It is understood that this temporary facility will be in place for approximately two years until a new permanent library building can be reviewed, approved and constructed.
