Applicant removed existing sign on 30th Street and blade signs on M Street, which were not approved. No objection to painting the wood storefront the 'Paramount' color. Recommend that existing exposed electric conduits on facade of this individually designated historic landmark are removed prior to installation of sign. Note that the Foundation for the Preservation of Historic Georgetown holds an easement on this property.
